1. How To fix bad audio quality when Export

To fix it, first, go to File > Publish settings then set the Audio stream and Audio event to 160 kbps by clicking the on it and set it to 160 kbps. So when you export your animation the Audio quality will be good.

2. How to import Audio to Flash

To import audio, you can't use mp3 ( or other formats except for WAV format ). So you need to convert the audio to WAV format. If you are using Adobe Animate cc you are lucky because you can import mp3 to Animate, but sometimes it can't import the mp3. To fix it you need to convert the mp3 to mp3.

3. How to import video to Flash or Animate

Before you import your video, the must be in the FLV format. To import the video you need to click File > Import > Import video. Click browse then find your video,  in the top, there were 3 choices, you need to choose the Embed FLV in SWF and play in timeline then click next and you can choose do you want to include audio or not and other choices there.

How to add pixel tool to Adobe Animate cc

  Download Pixeltool To use the pixel tool first you need copy the Pixel freehand and Pixel Eraser then go to the search collumn and type  %localappdata% than press enter.  After you enter the folder go to Adobe > Animate cc 2018 (or other version)> en_US > configuration > Tools. then and  paste the Pixel freehand and Pixel Eraser file. How to change adobe animate theme and other setting
