How to make glow in Animate cc

To make a glow first you need to draw an object, then convert that object to movie clip symbol. To convert it,select the object then press F8, give it a name after that make sure type of the symbol is movie clip and then click ok. Select the symbol then go to the properties panel find filter and now you can add the filter, for flash click on the + button on the bottom and for Animate cc click the + button on the or  the arrow. After you click the button choose glow, you can change the glory quality, strength, color, etc.. 


You can use glow when you.. 
Naking laser beam
Sun
And other bright objects

How to add pixel tool to Adobe Animate cc

  Download Pixeltool To use the pixel tool first you need copy the Pixel freehand and Pixel Eraser then go to the search collumn and type  %localappdata% than press enter.  After you enter the folder go to Adobe > Animate cc 2018 (or other version)> en_US > configuration > Tools. then and  paste the Pixel freehand and Pixel Eraser file. This is optional: If you want to make keyboard shortcut for the tool you have to copy the Keyboard shortcut Pixel Eraser Tool and Keyboard  shortcut Pixel Freehand Tool file. after you copy the file, type %localappdata% on the search collumn. af ter you enter the folder go to Adobe > Animate cc 2018 (or other version)> en_US > configuration > commands, after that you paste the Keyboard shortcut Pixel Eraser and keyboard shortcut Pixel Freehand Tool file. How to change adobe animate theme and other setting
